CNC Fiber Laser Cutting

Clean, burr-free profiles in mild steel, stainless, aluminium, brass and copper.

Our CNC fiber laser cuts complex profiles with tight tolerances and a clean edge that usually needs no secondary finishing. Full-size sheets load directly onto the bed, so large panels and high-volume nested jobs run without interruption.

From one prototype to thousands of repeat parts, every job is programmed and nested in-house for the best material yield and the fastest turnaround.

What we offer

  • Profile cutting of flat sheet and plate
  • Perforated and decorative patterns
  • Fine holes, slots and tabs for bent parts
  • Etching and part marking
  • Nesting for minimum scrap
  • Cut-to-size blanks for further processing

Typical applications

  • Enclosure and cabinet panels
  • Brackets, gussets and base plates
  • Architectural screens and facades
  • Signage and wall art
